The predecessor of Enyitong Electroplate Factory was Beijing Electroplate Factory, which was built in 1965. In March, 1998, Enyitong Electroplate Factory officially became a subsidiary of KBB Group and got the name changed. It is professional aluminium anodes factory of advanced technique.
Besides aluminium hinge, We supply a wide range of anodizing service with leading craftwork and superior quality, including: the color of silvery white, golden, red champagne, green champagne, dark brown and black finish. The technological level is of leading position in this industrial field with high quality. Especially electrolyzing pigmentation method was entitled Beijing Prize for Progress in Science and Technology.
We have a large anodizing product line for aluminium profiles, with installation capacity 630KW and annual output 1800 ton. The fabricating dimension can reach 6.5 meters. Besides, we have advanced electric pigmentation and blasting equipment and are equipped with imported testing instrument, such as metallic film thickness testers, colorimeters, and admittance measurements.
We have a well trained and skillful team, of which the professional technicians take large account. Our director Mr. Sun Daliang is the standing director of Professional Associations of China Light Industry and director of Beijing Galvanizing Association.
Our factory locates in Tongzhou district, neighboring Jingtong and Jingha express way, and the total area of the plant is about 7500 squire meters. It is only 3 minutes' drive from the north of Jingtong express way.
