KBB Beijing has been launching the “5S” on-site management activities from November till now.
In American version, “5S” includes “Sort”, “Stable”, “Shine”, “Standard” and “Sustain”. Every step of 5S is based on how to improve efficiency and reduce non-value-added activities resulting from the pursuit. 5S concept is a manifestation of on-site management, but also to promote a powerful tool for the implementation of effective production. Therefore, 5S can make contribution to enterprises, but also bring in huge benefits to the enterprise and far-reaching impact.
With the guiding principles of “beginning with education”, “from point to area”, “from easy to difficult”, “cadres taking the lead”, “perseverance” and “continuous improvement”, the implementation of 5S on-site management activities carried out into the daily management of enterprises, we have achieved remarkable results in just one month's time.
